Security Concerns Escalate in Lok Sabha: Political Party Leaders Seek Review After Breach, Speaker Om Birla Addresses MPs’ Concerns

Leaders of political parties met Lok Sabha Speaker on today’s security breach incident. The Speaker told MPs that he agreed with their concerns related to security and that the security would be reviewed. The Secretary General of Lok Sabha has written to the Ministry of Home Affairs over a review of security. No passes will be issued for the public gallery till further orders. Speaker Om Birla has also seized of the matter related to issuing passes to Personal Assistants of MPs: Sources
