Savresh Mishra, Aide Of AAP Leader Sanjay Singh, Arrested In Money Laundering Case Gets Bail

Savresh Mishra, an aide of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh, arrested in a money laundering case related to excise policy, got bail. Rouse Avenue Court granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh. The charge sheet was filed against Sanjay Singh as well as Savresh. He was not arrested at that time. Sarvesh’s father is unwell. Along with Sanjay Singh, ED has also made Savresh Mishra an accused in the charge sheet. The charge sheet mentions Sanjay Singh taking donations worth Rs 82 lakh. ED had interrogated him regarding this only. In this case, ED had filed the supplementary charge sheet on May 2, 2023.
