Prime Minister Narendra Modi And President Draupadi Murmu Express Condolences On Golaghat Road Accident In Assam

President Droupadi Murmu posts, “The news of the sudden death of many people in a road accident in Golaghat, Assam is extremely sad. I express my deepest condolences to the bereaved families and pray for the speedy recovery of those injured.”

Prime Minister’s Office posts, “Pained by the loss of lives due to a road mishap in Golaghat, Assam. Condolences to the bereaved families. May the injured recover at the earliest. An ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of each deceased. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000.”
