Mukhtar Ansari Sentenced to 5.5 Years Jail in Witness Threat Case: Uttar Pradesh Court

Uttar Pradesh: MP/MLA Court Varanasi sentences gangster turned politician Mukhtar Ansari to five and a half years rigorous imprisonment in a 26-year-old case of threatening the witness of the murder of a coal businessman Nand Kishore Rungta. In the last one and a half years, Mukhtar Ansari has received 7 punishments, which also include life imprisonment in the murder of Awadhesh Rai: Special DG Law and Order Prashant Kumar
