Modi-Shah Rewrite History in Parliament as J&K Loses Special Status: Article 370 Flashback

Supreme Court is about to rule on several petitions contesting the weakening of Article 370, which granted Jammu and Kashmir special status, bringing Kashmir back into the spotlight. The Supreme Court will announce the decision at around 10.30 a.m. Remember that the Narendra Modi-led Union Government took away Jammu and Kashmir’s special status on August 5, 2019. The area has been directly governed by New Delhi ever since the former state was divided into two Union territories. Watch the Rajya Sabha speech given in 2019 by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
