Family of 52-year-old Indian national Nikhil Gupta, who is charged with involvement in an alleged murder plot against Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, moved the Supreme Court on Friday saying Gupta was illegally detained in the Czech Republic. The family sought Supreme Court orders for Ministry of External Affairs and Home Ministry for help and intervention with the Czech authorities.
