Himachal Pradesh High Court Orders Immediate Transfer of DGP and SP Amid Allegations and Threats by Businessman

High Court of Himachal Pradesh has directed the State government to take steps at the earliest to transfer DGP Himachal Pradesh Police and SP Kangra to other posts where they “would not have any opportunities to influence the investigation” in FIRs lodged by businessman Nishant Kumar Sharma who alleged threat to him and his family and levelled allegations at the DGP.
