On meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Himachal Pradesh CM Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu says, “When disaster struck the state, we requested relief from the central government, which we didn’t get, but as per the rules of the central government, we were eligible for a claim called PDNA (Post-Disaster Needs Assessments).
