French President Emmanuel Macron To Be The Chief Guest Of Republic Day Celebrations

French President Emmanuel Macron will grace the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi on January 26, as the chief guest. India had invited US President Joe Biden as well, but he will reportedly not be able to travel to New Delhi in January. Macron and Prime Minister Narendra Modi met in July during the latter’s visit to France to attend the Bastille Day Parade.
