Congress Party has distanced itself from senior leader Sam Pitroda’s recent comments questioning the significance of the Ram Temple construction in Ayodhya. In a statement, Congress communications in-charge Jairam Ramesh clarified that Pitroda’s views were “his own” and did not represent the party’s official position. He is not giving the Congress’s view, it’s his view. Pitroda doesn’t speak for the Congress party.
