West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has questioned the central government for not announcing a holiday on January 23, the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Banerjee said, “I am ashamed that a holiday was given for political programmes, but not for people who have laid down their lives for the country.”
