CBI Moves Karnataka HC Over Dropping Case Against Deputy CM; Union Minister Calls Decision ‘Absolutely Wrong’

On CBI moving Karnataka High Court after the State Government dropped the CBI case against Deputy CM DK Shivakumar, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi says, “This was absolutely wrong. How can the cabinet take a decision in favour of the Deputy CM who is a part of the cabinet? There are no moral or legal grounds for the same, so CBI must have questioned it.”
