Allahabad HC Hears Gyanvapi Mosque Committee’s Challenge Against Varanasi Court Order on Puja, Denies Stay, Sets Amendment Deadline

Gyanvapi case: Allahabad HC hears a plea by Gyanvapi Mosque committee challenging Varanasi Court order permitting Hindu parties to offer puja in the southern cellar of the mosque. The court says that unless the January 17 order is challenged, nothing can be done. The court also denies the stay application and tells the mosque committee to make amendments to its appeal by February 6.
