Newly Elected Executive Committee Of High Court Bar Association Takes Charge In Prayagraj

Prayagraj witnessed a momentous occasion as the newly elected executive committee of the High Court Bar Association formally took charge on Tuesday.

The oath-taking ceremony took place at the multi-level parking building, presided over by Elders Committee Chairman Vijay Bahadur Singh. Alongside him were Elders Committee members VK Singh, VP Srivastava, CL Pandey, and AN Tripathi.

Chief Election Officer Radha Kant Ojha administered the oath to the newly elected office bearers and governing council members. Election Officers Anil Bhushan, Vashishtha Tiwari, and Mahendra Bahadur Singh also participated in the ceremony. This marked the official start of their tenure.

The newly inducted executive committee includes President Rakesh Pandey Babua and General Secretary Akhilesh Kumar Sharma. Senior Vice President Kamlesh Kumar Dwivedi and Vice Presidents Amit Kumar Singh (Sonu), Vivek Mishra, Rajkumar Tripathi, Hanuman Prasad Mishra, and Dinesh Varun also took their oaths.

Supporting the leadership are Joint Secretaries Barrister Singh (Administration), Shashi Kumar Dwivedi Ugra (Library), Rameshwar Datt Pandey (Press), and Bindu Kumari (Women). The committee’s Treasurer is Anjani Kumar Mishra.

The Governing Council members, sworn in alongside, include notable names such as Anjali Singh Tomar, Kanak Kumar Tripathi, Divanshu Tiwari, Baldev Shukla, Abhishek Tiwari, Tripti Yadav, Aarti Gupta, Akhand Pratap Tripathi, Gaya Prasad Mishra, Girish Chandra Shukla, Aniruddh Singh, Avnish Chandra Tripathi, Krishna Mohan Pandey, Aditya Dhar Dwivedi, and Amit Singh Sengar.

Senior members of the legal community gathered to extend their congratulations and best wishes to the new committee.

Former President Anil Tiwari, Senior Advocate Vijay Gautam, and Former General Secretary JB Singh were present. UP Bar Council member Devendra Mishra Nagarha also attended the event.

Other prominent figures such as Former Vice President Harvansh Singh, Former Joint Secretary Shashi Prakash Singh, advocates Abhishek Tiwari and Santosh Kumar Mishra, Prayagraj Advocates Association President Narendra Kumar Chatterjee, KD Malviya, Advocate Mrityunjay Tiwari, Amit Dubey, Neeraj Dwivedi, Bhanu Dev Pandey, Jai Prakash Tripathi, Gyan Narayan Kanojiya, Junior Lawyers Association President Mithilesh Tiwari, General Secretary GP Singh, and Birendra Prasad Shukla also extended their support.

The new executive committee’s assumption of office marks a significant milestone for the High Court Bar Association of Prayagraj.

Senior advocates and the legal community back the committee, and the committee will lead with integrity, promote the interests of lawyers, and ensure the delivery of justice.
