Zee Group’s ‘Media Meet Press Conference’ Set For June 3 With Dr. Subhash Chandra In Attendance

Zee Media Network Ltd is set to host a significant press conference titled ‘Media Meet Press Conference’ on June 3. The event will feature the presence of Dr. Subhash Chandra, the founder of Zee Group and former Rajya Sabha MP.

The conference will cover important topics such as freedom of the press, the development of the news sector, the private satellite industry, and the media business in India.

A recent press release highlighted that Dr. Subhash Chandra had released a video on May 3 discussing ‘freedom of the press,’ which subsequently went viral on social media. The upcoming press conference is being held in the context of an ongoing dispute between Zee Media Network and the Punjab state government.

The release stated, “We, 15 editors of Zee Media Corporation Limited, are inviting all of you to this historic event, in which Dr. Subhash Chandra will also be present.”

The 15 editors represent various Zee Media outlets including Zee News National, Zee Bharat, Zee Delhi-NCR, Zee Punjab & Himachal, Zee Rajasthan, Zee MPCG, Zee Bihar-Jharkhand, Zee 24 Ghanta, Zee Odisha News, Zee 24 Kolkata, Zee 24 Taas, Zee Telugu News, Zee Kannada News, Zee Tamil News, and Zee Malayalam News.

The press conference is scheduled for June 3 at 12 noon at the Le Meridien Hotel in Delhi.
