Varanasi : Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is running from this city of tremendous religious and cultural significance known as Shiva’s home, has written to citizens asking for their support in the June 1 election. Artists, businesspeople, and other significant persons in the neighborhood received the letters. It has also been sent to the residences of BHU academics and doctors. The prime minister presented himself in the letter as someone who is strongly linked with the pride and spirituality of Kashi (Varanasi’s spiritual name).
The letter reads as follows, Best regards! You must be aware that the largest celebration of Indian democracy is now underway. The Kashi Lok Sabha election is scheduled for June 1.
The deep affection of everyone in Kashi has transformed me into a Banarasi. Not only am I a member of Parliament, but I am also Kashi’s son. It is an appeal to all of you that on June 1, every vote be cast for the BJP. Today, the destiny of the country is being formed with the power of a single vote. You have played a significant role in making India powerful. If we talk about Kashi, you know more than I do. The resolutions we made for Kashi’s progress over the last 10 years are being realized one by one. With Baba Vishwanath’s blessings, I have accomplished much, but much more has to be done.
The 2024 election is significant in several respects. Only your vote and support will bring India closer to its goal of development. On June 1, actively participate in getting members of your own family and your organization to the polls. Let us work together to elevate our culture, traditions, and pride to new heights.
