Yash Pratap Singh And Mehak Jaiswal Top UP Board Exams With Outstanding Scores

The Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council announced the results of the UP Board exams for classes 10 and 12 on Friday.

Students across the state delivered impressive performances, with many securing top ranks through sheer dedication and hard work.

The overall pass percentage for class 10 stood at 90.11%, while class 12 recorded a success rate of 81.15%.

Yash Pratap Singh from Jalaun topped the class 10 exams with an exceptional score of 97.83%.

According to Mahendra Dev, Director of Education (Secondary), 55 students secured their place in the top ten of the high school category.

In the class 12 or intermediate category, Mehak Jaiswal from Bacha Ram Yadav Inter College in Prayagraj earned the top spot with a remarkable 97.20% average.

A total of 30 students featured in the top ten list for the intermediate exams. Mehak’s story stands out, not just for her result, but for her determined approach to studying.

She prepared without attending any coaching classes.

Instead, she focused entirely on school lectures and studied for nine to ten hours each day at home.

A resident of Bhulai Ka Pura in Prayagraj, Mehak credited her elder sister, teachers, and family for supporting her throughout her journey.

Her achievement has made her one of the most inspiring figures among this year’s toppers.

She now plans to pursue a career in medicine. Her success story reflects the growing confidence among students in school-based learning and self-discipline.

These achievements in the UP Board exams highlight the growing academic spirit in the state.

They also serve as motivation for thousands of students preparing for their future goals with determination and focus.
