Wife and her paramour arrested in husband murder case

Baghpat : The wife ruined her own marriage for the love of another man. The woman instigated the lover to kill her husband and got him killed. The police have now arrested both the accused. Both of them had conspired together to commit murder.
The incident took place on March 13 in Fatehpur Putthi village of Binauli police station area of Baghpat district. When village resident Rahul was going with a tractor in the evening. On the way, an unknown person shot him dead. Police investigated the matter. Six days later, Binauli police arrested Ankit alias Kaku, son of Sushil of the same village, on charges of murder. During police interrogation, Ankit confessed to the murder. A woman, who is the wife of the deceased, has also been arrested in the murder.
SP Baghpat Arpit Vijay Vargiya told that there was friendship between the woman and Ankit. Both of them pushed Rahul out of the way to become intimate with each other. An attempt had been made to commit murder once before but the plan failed. Police were also informed about this but no case was registered. Police said that both of them had planned the murder together. Ankit had committed the murder. Rahul was shot with a 315 bore pistol. Rahul died during treatment.
