Watch: PM Modi Shares Video Message On Paper Leaks, Announces Tough Action

As the alleged NEET paper leak and examination irregularities continue to dominate national attention, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a special video message late on Thursday night to reassure students and aspirants across the country. He emphasised that protecting the future of India’s youth remains the Central government’s highest priority and pledged decisive action against those responsible for examination malpractice.

In his address, PM Modi stated that individuals involved in paper leaks and examination fraud would face the strictest legal action. He said the government has already instructed the relevant authorities and investigative agencies to take all necessary measures to restore the credibility and integrity of the country’s examination system.

The Prime Minister announced that the government plans to establish fast-track courts to ensure the speedy disposal of cases related to paper leaks and examination fraud. These specialised courts are expected to accelerate trials and ensure swift punishment for those found guilty, sending a strong message against organised examination malpractice.

PM Modi also revealed that the upcoming Union Cabinet meeting would consider further measures, including a special ordinance or policy decision to strengthen the examination system. He expressed confidence that Parliament would pass a stringent new law in its next session to improve transparency and also prevent future paper leaks.

The Prime Minister’s intervention follows sustained protests by opposition parties and student organisations over the alleged NEET paper leak.

By addressing the nation directly, PM Modi reassured millions of students that the government will protect their interests and also ensure a fair, transparent and credible examination process across the country.
