With its grand launch, national Hindi news channel ‘Bharat Express’ has now reached people’s homes after several months of preparation. The launch ceremony was held late Wednesday evening at Hotel Andaz (World of Hyatt) in the Capital on Wednesday.
As one of the loved highlights of the grand gala during the launch, a classic sand art made on the life of Upendra Rai, Chairman, MD and Editor-in-Chief of ‘Bharat Express’ news network was presented to him on the dais. The sand artist carved too impeccably the flight of dreams of senior journalist Upendra Rai on the sand.
Country’s well-known journalist Uday Shankar attended the launch ceremony as the chief guest and it was him who was accorded the honor of launching the channel. Upendra Rai, Chairman, MD and Editor-in-Chief of ‘Bharat Express’ News Network also accompanied him on the dais during the special ceremony.
Visionary media personality Upendra Rai, Chairman has previously held the responsibility of CEO and Editor-in-Chief of ‘Tehelka’ Group and Sahara Group. He has also worked as an editorial advisor with ‘Business World’ magazine.
Bharat Express news channel headed by Upendra Rai has many big faces like media veteran Saurabh Sinha, senior journalists Radheshyam Rai, Manoj Tomar, Sudesh Tiwari, well-known prime time anchor Aditi Tyagi and veteran business journalist Hemant Ghai, etc.
