UP Govt Transfers 12 District Magistrates

The district magistrates of twelve districts—including Banda, Basti, Chitrakoot, and Shravasti—have been relocated by the Uttar Pradesh government.

The CEO of Greater Noida, Medha Rupam, has been named the District Magistrate (DM) of Kasganj.

DM, Sambhal Manish Bansal has been promoted as DM, Saharanpur. Rajendra Pensiya, the Special Secretary for Urban Development, has taken his place.

As of right now, Anuj Singh, DM, Sitapur, is now DM Moradabad. Former DM Chitrakoot Abhishek Anand has joined as DM Sitapur.

Special Secretary for Stamps and Registration Ravish Gupta has been moved to Basti as DM. Andra Vamsi, who is now Special Secretary, Stamp and Registration, has taken his place.

The new DM Banda is Nagendra Pratap, Special Secretary, Ayush. Former DM Banda Durga Shakti Nagpal has been transferred to Lakhimpur Kheri as DM.

The new DM of Shravasti is Ajay Kumar Dwivedi, Special Secretary, Agriculture; the new DM of Kaushambhi is Madhusudan Hugli, Additional State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

The new DM of Hathras is Ashish Kumar, Vice Chairperson, Saharanpur Development Authority; the new DM of Chitrakoot is Shiv Sharanappa GS, Commissioner, Kanpur Municipal Corporation.

Manvendra Singh, the former DM of Moradabad, has been appointed as DG of AYUSH by UP govt.
