Speaking of, each of these 41 square metre flats cost Rs 3.5 lakh.
The land on which these flats are built is located in the Lukerganj neighbourhood of Prayagraj. The UP Chief Minister laid the foundation stone for this housing project on a 173 sq m site on December 26, 2021. He allotted these flats to the poor people through a lottery system.
