Today, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended the state-level employment day programme in Neemuch. Under various self-employment schemes, he distributed loans totaling Rs. 2779 crore to 2 lakh 31 thousand 760 youth.
The Chief Minister also dedicated and laid the groundwork for various development projects. This includes the laying of the groundwork for Neemuch’s new medical college, the Gandhi Sagar-2 group drinking water supply project, and the opening of the new market complex Dunglavda Changera.
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has stated that every young person in the state will be employed based on his or her qualifications. Every young person will be able to find work through government recruitment, self-employment, and the Seekho Aur Kamao scheme.
Youth will be given training in various professions as well as an honorarium of Rs. 8,000 per month under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Kaushal Kamai Yojana. The recruitment process for 1 lakh government jobs will be completed by August 15. Loans and grants ranging from 1 lakh to 50 lakh are made available to youth for employment under the Mukhyamantri Udyam Kranti Yojana.
CM Shivraj stated, “I see the Goddess in every sister, daughter, and mother. Our culture believes that where women are worshipped, Gods dwell. Madhya Pradesh has the highest level of female respect”. Chief Minister Chouhan announced the construction of a corridor and the development of the Bhadwa Mata temple.
According to Chief Minister Chouhan, there was once discrimination against women in Madhya Pradesh. Previously, 900 daughters were born for every 1000 sons. I pledged that discrimination against daughters would end on Madhya Pradesh’s soil and that they would be granted a boon. The state launched the Ladli Laxmi Yojana. The state now has 44 lakh and 50 thousand Ladli Laxmi. For every 1000 sons, 956 daughters are born. I’ll keep trying until 1000 daughters are born for every 1000 sons.
The Chief Minister stated that the state’s Ladli Bahna Yojana is a plan to improve the lives and conditions of sisters’ families. The scheme’s forms will be available beginning March 25.
“The scheme’s EKYC will be completed at the Common Service Center, Ration Shop, and MP Online Kiosk. The sisters should not be charged for this. The government will fill it out for a fee of Rs.15 per application. If you are approached for money, call 181. Strict action will be taken against those responsible. Money will begin to arrive in the sisters’ accounts on June 10th”, said CM.
According to CM Chouhan, intoxication is a social evil that should be eradicated. The state government has decided that all spirits vends will be closed beginning April 1.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages in public places will be prohibited. Chief Minister Chouhan stated that the government will adequately compensate for the damage caused by the recent hailstorm.
Farmers whose crops have been damaged by more than 50% will be compensated at the rate of Rs. 32,000 per hectare. Crop insurance will also be available.
The government will pay the defaulter farmers’ interest and provide them with crop loans at zero percent interest. A provision of Rs. 2500 crore has been made in the budget for this purpose. The crop loan repayment deadline has been extended until March 31.
Chief Minister Chouhan stated that the government has approved a scheme for the area worth Rs 1700 crore, under which water will be supplied to every house via taps. The foundation stone and inauguration of development works worth crores for the Neemuch region were laid today.
He further stated that Neemuch Medical College will be known as Virendra Kumar Saklecha Medical College. Mandsaur Medical College will be known as Sunderlal Patwa Medical College, and Ratlam Medical College will be known as Dr. Laxmi Narayan Pandey Medical College. Chief Minister Chouhan officially launched the programme with Kanya Pujan.
