The Promise Fulfilled: Modi in Devbhoomi

PM Modi is in Uttarakhand busy in Darahan and Puja at Kedarnath-Badrinath. Modi sees the Ropeway Projects as a fillip to Uttarakhand’s economic development.

Today later in the afternoon, PM Modi laid the foundation stone of ropeway and road projects addressing the people at Mana village of Badrinath.

Earlier in the morning today the Prime Minister in Uttarakhand offered prayers at the Kedarnath Temple and later at Badrinath temple. At the Kedarnath temple in Rudraprayag district, PM Modi performed the puja and then left for the Badrinath temple in Chamoli.

In his two-day tour of the state The Prime Minister is scheduled to inspect various development projects along with laying foundation stone for the Ropeway and Road Projects.

In a ‘Chola Dora’ attire PM Modi also visited Shankaracharya Samadhi in Kedarnath.
While speaking at the occasion the Prime Minister said that previous governments neglected the centers of faith. PM Modi claimed that these long neglected centres of faith are now being restored to their lost glory.
