Prayagraj: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath presided over cabinet meeting in Lok Bhawan today Tuesday. The cabinet has approved 11 proposals. A proposal to give honorarium to 656 security guards and 3130 teachers has been passed.
In this, the Yogi government has given a big gift to the farmers. Work will be done to digitalize more than 2 crore 63 lakh farmers of UP under the Uttar Pradesh AgriTech Policy. Digital Agriculture Policy has been brought to improve the farming done in several stages using new technology in the agriculture sector and to make the government schemes reach the farmers.
This will increase production and productivity and along with new digital technology in agriculture services, various programs including Artificial Intelligence, GIS will be run. For this, the Revenue Department and the Agriculture Department conducted a joint survey, in which the Kharif crop was found to be 70% more. There has been an increase of three lakh hectares in paddy cultivation. Therefore, digital agriculture will be promoted.

Uttar Pradesh Fodder Policy has been approved for livestock and fish feed. In view of the dynamics of the market, poultry feed is being promoted for farmers in Uttar Pradesh and to encourage giving balanced diet to animals.
Along with promoting livestock, poultry and fish feed, they will be made available to farmers at reasonable rates. Private participation will also be included in this. Cooperative societies will be given subsidy on feed and equipment.
