Swami Abhishek Brahmachari and Rohit Kumar Singh, the National Convener of Youth Chetna, graced the annual function of Shri Somnath Sanskrit University in Veraval, Gujarat’s Gir Somnath district. Welcomed by an enthusiastic gathering of students, they served as chief guests for the event.
Addressing the audience, Swami Abhishek emphasized the nation’s progress, attributing it to effective leadership. He underscored the importance of promoting Sanskrit language and highlighted the pivotal role of youth in shaping the nation’s future.
Rohit Kumar Singh, in his speech as a special guest, lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his initiatives. He credited Modi for completing the unfinished works of historical figures like Shivaji Maharaj and for the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Singh also commended Modi’s contribution to the new education policy, contrasting it with the alleged neglect of Indian educational traditions by previous governments.
Singh drew parallels between the perceived detrimental impact of previous regimes, akin to the Mughal era, and Modi’s transformative leadership. He urged students to strive towards making India a global leader by 2047, emphasizing the collective responsibility towards national progress.
Dr. Sukant Senapati, the Vice Chancellor of the University, presided over the ceremony, underscoring the academic institution’s commitment to fostering traditional knowledge and academic excellence.
The event witnessed insightful addresses from Swami Abhishek Brahmachari and Rohit Kumar Singh, highlighting the importance of leadership, education, and youth engagement in India’s journey towards prosperity.
