After successfully repaying the second loan, vendors can access the final stage of fifty thousand rupees.

This step-by-step system means vendors don’t need to provide any property papers or guarantors at any point, making it accessible to almost everyone running a small street business.

The government has added several attractive features to make this scheme truly helpful for small vendors.

While this might seem small, it adds up to twelve hundred rupees yearly, which can cover several days of expenses for many vendors.

The government has extended this program until March 2030 and allocated over 7,300 crore rupees for it, showing a serious commitment to helping street vendors.

Street Vendor Loan: To apply, vendors need an identity card or vending certificate from their local municipal corporation.

Even those without formal registration can apply by getting a recommendation letter from designated officials.

The application process is simple and can be done online using just a mobile phone, with approval typically coming within thirty days.
