In the Malviya Nagar neighborhood of south Delhi, a man is accused of killing a 23-year-old lady with an iron rod on Friday because she declined his marriage proposal, according to the police.
The defendant was taken into custody.
According to police sources, the woman, named as Nargis, was attacked by Irfan, 28, while they were both in a park close to Sri Aurobindo College at Delhi University.
