Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan received a Muslim woman who had been beaten by her relatives for supporting the BJP at his official residence today. Sameena Bi, a BJP voter, took her two kids, a daughter and a boy, to Mr. Chouhan’s house and voiced worries about their safety.
According to sources, Mr. Chouhan made the decision to see the woman after learning that she had been physically assaulted by her family for supporting the BJP in the most recent assembly election, which the party won for a second term.
Sources added that the Chief Minister gave her an assurance of security and safety. Sameena Bi informed the Chief Minister that she will support the BJP once more in light of his compassion for her.
“When my brother-in-law Javed learned that I had cast a BJP ballot, he beat me. The mother of two children added, “He asked why I voted for my brother Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s party.”
She reported that the Chief Minister’s meeting went well. “Bhaiya (Mr. Chouhan) promised to make sure my kids and I are safe and that I cast my ballot in the manner that I desired. The freedom to vote for anybody we choose is guaranteed by the Constitution,” Sameena Bi stated.
She voted for the BJP because, in her words, Mr. Chouhan has never done anything wrong.
Mr. Chouhan served as chief minister four times. In Madhya Pradesh, he guided his party to a historic win thanks to initiatives like “Ladli behena.” Even yet, he might not be hired again because the party is considering a generational shift and talking to other potential candidates.

Since the BJP overwhelmingly won Madhya Pradesh (163 out of 230 seats), Mr. Chouhan has maintained that he is “not in the race” and that he is merely a foot soldier of the party.
