MRM: Courts should refrain from interfering in matters of religion.
The type of thinking expressed by the Supreme Court to settle the petitions filed in the Supreme Court in the matter of recognition of same-sex marriages is completely inappropriate, irrelevant, inhuman, immoral, and anti-social. In a joint statement issued by the media in charge of the forum, it has been said that the Muslim National Forum strongly opposes this type of anti-social and disruptive thinking.
On Tuesday, an online meeting of national convenors, co-convenors, convenors and co-convenors, and in-charges of all cells, provinces, and regions of the Muslim National Forum was held, in which they unanimously protested against homosexuality and strongly condemned it, considering it unfortunate. The office bearers and workers of the women’s cell also participated in the meeting and expressed deep concern over it and criticized it.
The Forum believes that the Supreme Court’s decision to promote gay marriage is extremely unfortunate and condemnable.
Manch believes that such thinking is a direct attack on the life values and family institutions of any religion. As a result of this, families will be broken, relationships will disintegrate, and the entire social system will collapse. There is no system of gay marriage or same-sex marriage in any religion in the world because the real purpose of marriage is to give birth to a child and advance the family and social system created by God or Allah.
Responding sharply on behalf of the forum, it has been asked that by supporting same-sex marriages, does the Supreme Court want to break this arrangement of God, which has been going on for ages? The forum believes that this is totally unfair and unethical.
It was said in the online meeting of the forum that all of us members of the Muslim Rashtriya Manch believe that there is no provision for gay marriage in any religion. The purpose of marriage, or nikah, is not just an opportunity or medium to enjoy sexual pleasure but to carry forward the tradition of family and society by producing children.
These possibilities end in same-sex marriages. And if this is allowed, then many types of controversies will also arise.
That’s why the Muslim Rashtriya Manch clearly believes that this is like destroying the family and promoting immoral values in society. The members of the forum said that we, as followers of Islam, strongly condemn this.
In a statement issued by the Manch, it has been said that we call upon the Honourable Supreme Court not to delve into this issue as it is inhuman, unethical, and destructive to the human race. This will only result in the disintegration of our families. Due to this, there will not be marriages, but immorality will spread, which will destroy the relationship.
If the Supreme Court wants to give its opinion on this subject, then it should be kept in mind that the opinion should not be anti-social, break the family, or interfere with religions. The Manch believes that the Supreme Court has made a comment in a hurry, ignoring all the facts, that turns a human being into a beast.
Muslim Rashtriya Manch is a conscious, dignified movement that humbly opposes such unethical, disruptive factors in society and thoughts expressed against the God made system.
