At 1:30 pm today, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) announced the results of the Class 10th and 12th board exams.
Students who took the UP Board 10th and UP Board 12th exams can check and download their results by visiting the official website of UP Board, upmsp.edu.in.
A total of 28.63 lakh students took the class 10 examination, with an overall pass rate of 89.78%. The passing rate for boys of class 10 was 86.64 percent, while it was 93.34 percent for girls.
Priyanshi Soni of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College has scored 590/600 (98.33 percent) in the UP Board’s high school exams.
Kushagra Pandey of Kanpur Dehat and Mishkat Noor of Ayodhya tied for second place with 97.83 percent.
Krishna Jha of Mathura, Arpit Gangwar of Pilibhit, and Shreyashi Singh of Sultanpur tied for third place with 97.67 percent.
Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath congratulated students who passed the board exams. He tweeted, “Hearty congratulations to all the students, their parents, and teachers who have passed the 10th and 12th class examinations of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh! All of you are the pillars of the golden future of ‘New Uttar Pradesh’. May the future of all of you be bright with the grace of Maa Saraswati, this is my wish. In the 10th and 12th board exams, the students who get the top 10 positions at the state level and the students who get the top 10 positions at the district level will be honored by the state government at the district level”, through his official Twitter handle.
