Prime Minister Modi Performs Seva At Patna Sahib Gurudwara

In a gesture of humility and service, Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in ‘Seva’ at the Takht Sri Harmandir Sahib Gurudwara in Patna on Monday.

Following a grand roadshow in the city on Sunday, the Prime Minister visited the revered Gurudwara, popularly known as Patna Sahib, which holds immense significance as the birthplace of the 10th Sikh Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh.

This spiritual site attracts a multitude of Sikh pilgrims from around the globe daily, drawn to pay their respects and seek blessings.

Welcoming PM Modi with warmth and reverence, the pilgrims and Gurudwara members extended their greetings as he arrived, adorned in a saffron turban and amidst stringent security measures.

Prime Minister Modi received an honor with a Samman Patra during his visit.

Prime Minister Modi helped the Gurdwara management cook food for the langar.

Not only did he partake in the prasad offered in the langar, but he also actively engaged in serving it to the devotees present, embodying the spirit of selfless service and camaraderie.

Following his visit to the Gurudwara, Prime Minister Modi will address three rallies in Bihar later in the day.

The rallies are set to take place in Hajipur, Saran, and Muzaffarpur, where he is expected to address a wide array of issues pertinent to the region and the nation.

Prime Minister Modi’s participation in the ‘Seva’ at Patna Sahib Gurudwara underscores the importance of communal harmony, cultural diversity, and the spirit of service ingrained in India’s ethos. His visit not only pays homage to the rich cultural heritage of Sikhism but also exemplifies the significance of inclusive leadership and solidarity amongst diverse communities.
