Prayagraj Hosts Soulful Pranic Healing Workshop On Achieving Oneness With The Higher Self

A spiritual workshop titled ‘Achieving Oneness with the Higher Soul’ was recently organised by the Get Well New Centre of Pranic Healing, Prayagraj, in collaboration with the Yog Vidya Pranic Healing Foundation Trust, Varanasi.

The event drew a significant turnout of seekers and spiritual practitioners.

Eminent Pranic Healing instructor and chief coordinator of the Prayagraj centre, Rakhi Gupta, welcomed the participants and highlighted the growing interest in inner awakening and divine realisation.

Renowned instructor Neha Jain from Kolkata served as the keynote speaker. She spoke on the concept of the Higher Soul, a divine spark within every individual.

“The Higher Soul is the divine seed in all of us. To become one with it is to experience the divinity of Christ, Shiva, Krishna or Buddha within,” she explained.

The course introduces participants to ‘Soul Realisation’ or ‘Self-Realisation’, a state of enlightenment where one recognises they are not the body or mind but a spiritual being of divine love and power.

Stages of Soul Awareness & Enlightenment

Jain elaborated on the three stages of soul realisation. First, the intellectual understanding that one is the soul. Second, meditative detachment from the body. Third, the union of the incarnated soul with the Higher Soul, leading to the realisation of non-separation and divine unity.

Rakhi Gupta added that this deep connection leads to God-Realisation, experiencing complete oneness with the Paramatma.

Participants were introduced to two powerful meditations, Meditation on Twin Hearts for Peace and Illumination and Meditation on the Higher Soul. When practised together, they promise rapid spiritual progress and divine inner experiences.

The course also addressed profound questions such as, Who am I? Why am I born? Where is my soul located? What happens after death? It further revealed secrets of the 12th Chakra, the three silver cords, and Kundalini awakening.

Ashish Singh, Pratishtha Sahai, Kusum Jaiswal, and Anubhav Dutta played key roles in organising the event.
