Police Suspects Danger For Atiq’s Son Ajham Who Became Adult

After the Umesh Pal murder case, the two minor sons of mafia Atiq Ahmed were sent to a Bal Sudhar Grah, Khuldabad (children’s home ) by the police. Where on October 5 Ahjam son of Atiq Ahmad celebrated his 18 birthday .

Meanwhile according to sources  the Child Welfare Committee will completely ensure the safety of Atiq’s son before handing him over to anyone. It remains to be seen whether the people taking custody of Ajham  it will be able to keep him  safe or not. Meanwhile, this matter is to be heard in the Supreme Court on October 10.

According to the rules, children above 18 years of age cannot be kept in a children’s home. In such a situation, it is difficult for Atiq’s grown up son to live there. Atiq’s sister Shaheen has filed a petition in the Supreme Court for the custody of Atiq’s two sons living in the children’s home. It is being told that the statements of both have also been recorded through an independent lawyer. Now the Child Welfare Committee has to think about this considering all the aspects.

After the hearing on October 10, some guidelines may come from the Supreme Court itself. Atiq-Ashraf were murdered on April 15. On April 15, mafia Atiq Ahmed and his younger brother Ashraf Ahmed were shot dead while they were being taken for medical examination in police custody. Atiq’s wife Shaista  Parveen is absconding after the Umesh Pal murder while two other sons are in jail. Atiq’s two minor sons were sent to a children’s home by the police after the Umesh Pal murder case.

Meanwhile according to the report sent to senior police officials  Prayagraj police have expressed apprehension that the life of Ahjam may be in danger if he will come out.
