PM Modi thanked everyone on social media for the grand welcome in Nagpur. He also shared a video capturing the memorable moments.
During his visit to Keshav Kunj, the RSS headquarters, PM Modi paid homage to Dr Keshav Baliram Hedgewar and Madhav Sadashiv Golwalkar (Guruji).
Significantly, his visit coincided with Hedgewar’s birth anniversary, further adding to the moment’s importance.
Later, while addressing a gathering, PM Modi hailed the RSS as the ‘modern Akshay Vat’ of India’s culture.
Reflecting on its century-long journey, he remarked, “What was sown 100 years ago has grown into a great ‘Vat Vriksh’ (Banyan Tree).”
Furthermore, he lauded RSS volunteers for their selfless contributions to disaster relief and social service, emphasizing, “Jahan seva kaarya, wahan swayamsevak.”
Moving on to healthcare development, PM Modi laid the foundation for the Madhav Netralaya Premium Centre extension, underscoring the importance of expanding quality healthcare services for all.
As part of his visit, he also inaugurated the Loitering Munition Test Range at Solar Defence and Aerospace Limited.
This initiative marks a significant step in boosting India’s defense capabilities, particularly in precision-strike drone technology.
Addressing the broader theme of India’s cultural resilience, PM Modi highlighted how the nation has persevered despite numerous challenges.
He credited movements like the Bhakti movement for playing a vital role in reviving the country’s spirit.
Additionally, he pointed out India’s growing influence in the world, stating, “Yoga and Ayurveda now have global recognition.”
Encouraging the youth to embrace India’s rich cultural heritage, he reaffirmed, “We move forward with the mantra of ‘Dev se Desh, Ram se Rashtra’.”
