In a virtual address to the youth wing of the ruling BJP, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the importance of electing a stable government with a strong majority in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Modi urged young voters to play a pivotal role in shaping India’s future by defeating family-run parties, stating that their votes would determine the nation’s trajectory.
Highlighting his government’s achievements, Modi claimed to have steered the country out of darkness over the past 10-12 years, particularly addressing the concerns of the youth. He encouraged young voters to contribute their ideas for the BJP’s manifesto through the NaMo app, promising to meet with those whose suggestions are deemed feasible.

While avoiding direct references, Modi criticized the Congress and other opposition parties, contrasting the prevalent focus on credibility and success stories under his leadership with the corruption and scams that dominated headlines in the past. The prime minister assured that his government has prioritized the youth, implementing various development schemes such as ‘Digital India’ and ‘Start-up India’ to create extensive opportunities.
Taking a swipe at family-run parties, Modi asserted that youngsters oppose corruption and nepotism. He urged them to use their votes to defeat such parties, emphasizing that these parties hinder the progress of young leaders. The prime minister credited the presence of a stable and strong majority government for key decisions and resolutions, including the abrogation of Article 370, GST roll-out, and the recent Ram temple consecration ceremony in Ayodhya.
Addressing young voters across 5,000 locations, Modi stated that they bear the responsibility of making India a developed nation over the next 25 years, akin to the way the previous generation fought for independence. He highlighted the achievements of his government, attributing India’s global prestige to the stability provided by a majority government.
As India approaches its 75th Republic Day, Modi urged young voters to make choices that guide the nation towards development. He emphasized that India’s strong infrastructure is a driving force for growth, covering areas from regional connectivity to communication and aviation to tourism. Modi concluded by underscoring the unprecedented connection he has established with a large number of young voters worldwide, emphasizing the government’s commitment to education reform and social justice initiatives.
