Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in a recent speech, hailed the historic decisions made by Parliament, including the scrapping of Article 370, the implementation of GST, and ‘One Rank-One Pension’. He expressed pride in these achievements and the role of the Parliament in these transformative changes.
Reflecting on the old Parliament building, the Prime Minister shared both nostalgic and solemn moments, mentioning the 2001 terror attack and the unity displayed during challenging times. He paid tribute to the security personnel who lost their lives in the attack.

PM Modi also commended India’s space agency for its achievements, particularly the Chandrayaan-3 Moon mission, which showcased India’s strength on the global stage.
He attributed the success of the G20 Summit held in Delhi to the collective efforts of the country’s 140 crore citizens, emphasizing that it was India’s success as a whole. He mentioned the emotional moment when the African Union became a member of the G20 during India’s presidency.
