Prior to the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Modi embarked on a temple tour in Tamil Nadu, paying homage and seeking blessings. Among the visited temples was the Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple , where PM Modi worshiped and received gifts from the temple priests for the Ram Temple.
On January 22, Prime Minister Modi, alongside Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, received a gift from the priests of Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple for the consecration of the Shri Ram Temple.
Ahead of the inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Modi embarked on a tour from Sagar to Saryu, visiting several ancient temples in South India. Following his darshan and worship at the Sri Ranganatha Swamy Temple, the priests presented a gift basket, which PM Modi later handed over to the Shri Ram Temple administration during the Pran Pratishtha program.
On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the majestic Ram temple in Ayodhya and served as the chief host for the consecration ritual of the Ram Lalla idol. Approximately 8,000 VIPs and VVIPs from both India and around the globe took part in the event.
