PM Modi Hails Manu Bhaker & Sarabjot Singh For Olympic Bronze In 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team Event

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Indian shooters Manu Bhaker & Sarabjot Singh for their stellar performance in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where they clinched the bronze medal.

Taking to social media platform X, the Prime Minister expressed his pride and joy over their achievement.

PM Modi posted, “Our shooters continue to make us proud! Congratulations to @realmanubhaker and Sarabjot Singh for winning the Bronze medal in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event at the #Olympics. Both of them have shown great skills and teamwork. India is incredibly delighted. For Manu, this is her second consecutive Olympic medal, showcasing her consistent excellence and dedication.”

This bronze medal marks a historic achievement for Manu Bhaker, who has now become the first Indian woman to win multiple medals at a single Olympic Games.

Earlier in the competition, Bhaker had already secured a bronze in the women’s 10m air pistol event, further solidifying her legacy in Indian sports.
