PM Modi Expresses Gratitude To VP Radhakrishnan On Completing 24 Years Of Public Service

Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his gratitude after Vice President CP Radhakrishnan extended warm wishes on his completion of 24 years of public service, marking the start of his 25th year as a public servant. This period includes his tenure as Chief Minister of Gujarat and as the Prime Minister of India.

Responding on X, PM Modi said, “Thank you for your kind words, Vice President CP Radhakrishnan Ji. It is my honour to serve our nation and work towards fulfilling the dreams and aspirations of 140 crore Indians.”

Vice President Praises PM Modi’s Journey & Vision

In his congratulatory note, the Vice President lauded PM Modi’s journey from Gujarat to the national stage. He also emphasised the Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Rashtra Pratham’. He noted that this vision has helped India progress from being among the ‘fragile five’ economies to the world’s fourth-largest economy.

My Heartfelt congratulations our Honourable Prime Minister Shri. @narendramodi Ji on completing 24 years of dedicated service and entering into the 25th glorious year as Head of Government – first at the state level and now as the Pradhan Sevak of Bharat,” the Vice President wrote on X.

He credited PM Modi’s leadership with lifting 25 crore people out of extreme poverty. He also highlighted his role in advancing initiatives such as Atmanirbhar Bharat and promoting cultural resurgence. Additionally, he noted PM Modi’s efforts in implementing programmes aimed at empowering the underprivileged.

“Your vision of Rashtra Pratham has transformed India from a fragile five economy to the fourth largest economy. It has lifted 25 crore people out of extreme poverty. Your journey inspires millions, rooted in Dharma, Kartavya Bodh & Seva Bhav. From empowering the poor, promoting Atmanirbhar Bharat, to reviving India’s cultural pride, your leadership lights the way for a Viksit Bharat @ 2047,” the Vice President added.

As PM Modi enters his 25th year in governance, several national leaders and ministers congratulated him. Home Minister Amit Shah described his journey as a testament to unwavering dedication and strategic leadership that reshaped India’s global standing.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that PM Modi’s governance had “brought both resilience and confidence to India’s institutions and people.”
