On Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi engaged in an insightful interaction with the recipients of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar for this year, a prestigious award bestowed upon 19 exceptional children from 18 states and Union Territories. Recognizing their remarkable bravery, artistic talents, innovative thinking, and selfless service, the Prime Minister hosted the awardees at his residence at 7 Lok Kalyan Marg.
During the informal conversation, Prime Minister Modi participated in a wide-ranging discussion with the young achievers. The topics covered included music, culture, solar power, and sports such as badminton and chess. The children, who had earned the coveted award, took the opportunity to share the details of their accomplishments that led to their recognition.

The Prime Minister also shared insights into the recently launched Pradhanmantri Suryodaya Yojana, recalling his initiatives to harness solar energy during his tenure as the chief minister of Gujarat. He elaborated on the benefits that the scheme would bring to the people.

Each recipient of the Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puraskar was honored with a medal, a certificate, and a citation booklet, serving as a testament to their outstanding contributions in their respective fields.
