Prime Minister Narendra Modi took aim at the INDIA block, accusing its leaders of disrespecting Lord Ram by skipping the Pran Pratishtha ceremony in Ayodhya earlier this year. He also lambasted the Congress, alleging its deep entrenchment in appeasement politics.
Addressing an election rally in Pilibhit, PM Modi criticized the Congress manifesto, likening it to that of the Muslim League. This comment follows the Congress’s complaint to the Election Commission over earlier remarks by PM Modi suggesting alignment between the Congress’s ideology and that of the Muslim League.
PM Modi emphasized the contributions of the people towards the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya, where the Pran Pratishtha ceremony for the Ram Lalla idol was held on January 22. He condemned the INDIA alliance’s alleged aversion to the temple’s construction and criticized their rejection of the invitation to the ceremony.
