Cabinet Minister and son of former Cabinet Minister, Chirag Paswan recalled the affectionate bond between his father and PM Modi on the birth anniversary of Ram Vila Paswan. Paswan said that PM respected his father’s experience and always regarded him as his true friend.
It was the occasion of birth anniversary of former Cabinet Minister Ram Vilas Paswan when his son revisited the days when Narendra Modi and Ram Vilas shared cordial friendship.
Lauding PM for his considerate behavior towards his father, Chirag said that PM Modi always respected his father and gave him due respect for his political experience and Knowledge.
He further said that not only his father’s contribution to PM Modis tenure was important but PM gave honour to Paswan. Calling his father and PM’s relationship beautiful, Chirag said both have known to each other not only professionally but personally. Ram Vilas became the Cabinet Minister in 2014 for the first time.
He said that in the year 2020, when PM Modi came to Bihar, he remembered his father first and said that he would stay with the PM till his last breath. Making every possible effort my father fulfilled the responsibility given by the PM.
Chirag Paswan also recalled the care and concern PM Modi showed for the family during the hospitalization of Ram Vilas Paswan. He said he used to call twice every day. He used to call him every day at 8.30 am. PM would speak to specialist doctors across the country and give regular feedback.
He said Modi used to consult Ram Vilas Paswan in every Cabinet meeting as he recognised his deep connect with the people and his ability to understand their sentiments. Modi respected Paswan’s viewpoint and incorporated it in all key committees and groups.
