PM Modi, Amit Shah & Leaders Extend Birthday Wishes To Maharashtra CM Fadnavis & Deputy CM Ajit Pawar

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to extend warm birthday greetings to Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, both born on 22 July.

Applauding their roles in the state’s administration, PM Modi praised their efforts to drive development and public welfare in Maharashtra.

In his post on platform X (formerly Twitter), PM Modi wrote, “Best wishes to Maharashtra Chief Minister, Shri Devendra Fadnavis Ji on his birthday. He’s working tirelessly for Maharashtra’s progress and empowering the poor and downtrodden. May he lead a long and healthy life in service of the people.”

Addressing Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, PM Modi added, “Birthday greetings to Shri Ajit Pawar Ji. He is making a valuable contribution to strengthening the NDA’s good governance agenda in Maharashtra. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.”

Wishes from the Centre

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also offered birthday wishes, commending CM Fadnavis for his dedication to public welfare and revival of the state’s cultural roots.

“Under the leadership of Modi ji, you are continuously doing commendable work. May Ganpati Bappa grant you long life and good health,” Shah noted.

Regarding Deputy CM Pawar, Shah further wrote, “Heartiest birthday wishes to Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar. You are playing a commendable role in implementing the Mahayuti government’s vision. I pray for your good health and long life.”

Support from Colleague and Ally

Maharashtra’s Deputy CM Eknath Shinde, another senior member of the Mahayuti alliance, also took to social media to praise both leaders.

In his message to CM Fadnavis, Shinde called him a ‘steadfast warrior of Maharashtra’s development journey’ and ‘a wise and visionary leader’, expressing gratitude for his friendship and leadership within the alliance.

For Ajit Pawar, Shinde wrote, “Heartfelt birthday wishes to Hon. Ajitdada Pawar — an exceptional administrator and a symbol of punctuality and progress. A leader who believes Maharashtra’s development comes before all else.” He wished Pawar a long and healthy life in service of the state.

Moreover, the shared birthday of two prominent state leaders served as an occasion for political unity and cross-party recognition.

With tributes pouring in from both allies and central leaders, the celebrations reflected the political weight and public service contributions of both Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar in shaping Maharashtra’s governance and future.
