Opposition Exposed on Tawang: No body understands why the opposition created huge ruckus in the Parliament on the encounter in Tawang area between Indo-Chinese soldiers. Are the issue-less or respect-less for Indian Army?

Opposition Exposed on Tawang: In case Chinese soldiers enter in our area crossing our border and occupy our land, only then it’s a matter of our concern. Also if there is any weakness or negligence from the government side is seen, then it’s something to oppose for. Only then the opposition uproar could have been justified.

These days India knows that the Congress and the opposition are almost unemployed without any specific issues for lambasting the government.

The Chinese infiltration failed

From the facts presented by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in Parliament, it seems that the infiltration attempt by Chinese soldiers in Tawang has not only failed, but it has also happened that Chinese soldiers have been injured and many of their lives have been lost. They had to leave their weapons and run to their limits. After the encounter, there has also been a dialogue between the commanders of both the armies and the spokesperson of the Chinese government says that there is peace on the China border now but our opposition is not known why it is restless.

America wants the issue to be alive

Just like our opposition needs some excuse or the other to make some noise, similarly America needs some or the other issue, on the basis of which the bonfire of India-China tension keeps burning. India and China are saying that there is peace on Tawang but the Biden-administration is chanting about the encounter. He has had the same attitude on Taiwan as well. The Government of India is acting very wisely and with restraint.

India is ready for any untoward occurrence

India has to always be ready to counter China but under no circumstances should Indian Army become a pawn of any superpower. It is true that in the Indo-China border areas, China is showing a lot of promptness in its military preparation, but India’s preparation is also no less.

The Indo-China border is not as well-defined as the Berlin Wall was once, and hence there is sometimes deliberate and sometimes unintended encroachment on both sides. It is not right to give too much importance to these local encounters. It is a good thing to have a dialogue between the soldiers of both the sides, but I wonder why there is no direct dialogue on this issue between Modi and Xi Jinping, who have been close friends?
