Former Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Dinesh Sharma, spoke at a gathering of doctors in , stating that the opposition alliance is a group of corrupt individuals, one worse than the other, akin to a procession without a groom. He remarked that it is unlikely to predict who will lead this group as they are all adversaries of each other and progressively more corrupt. Dr. Sharma claimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised to win all 80 seats in the Lok Sabha elections, attributing this to Prime Minister Modi’s leadership that has resulted in significant development in the country.
Regarding the Supreme Court’s verdict on Rahul Gandhi, Dr. Dinesh Sharma remarked that the verdict taught Rahul Gandhi the importance of self-control in his speech and stated that politicians should exercise restraint in their language. Despite ten years in politics, Rahul Gandhi still struggles with using inappropriate language.
Speaking at a youth parliament event organized by Sant Atulanand Vidyalaya with a massive attendance, Dr. Sharma highlighted that India is no longer a backward nation but is progressing toward becoming a developed country. He noted that even the United States, which once considered itself the most powerful, sought India’s help during the COVID-19 pandemic for vaccines. India’s youth have shown remarkable talent abroad, with foreign leaders cautioning their youth about the competition posed by talented Indian youths in the job market. India has transitioned from importing red wheat to being a significant exporter, and it supplied vaccines to 129 countries during the pandemic.
Dr. Sharma shared a quote by Rajiv Gandhi, stating that due to corruption, only a fraction of the funds sent by the central government reach the intended recipients. He contrasted this with Prime Minister Modi’s initiatives such as Jan Dhan accounts, where the funds sent are efficiently delivered to the intended beneficiaries. The digital revolution under Modi’s leadership has transformed rural areas as well. He emphasized the rise in mobile manufacturing in India, particularly in Noida, and urged young students not to feel the need to study abroad as Indian universities offer excellent courses. He encouraged them to align themselves with various government schemes.
Dr. Sharma concluded by stating that Prime Minister Modi’s consecutive victories from Varanasi will further establish India as a global leader. He highlighted the presence of various dignitaries at the doctors’ event and the youth parliament, including Minister Vinod Mishra, BJP spokesperson Ishkaran Singh Bhandari, and several local doctors.
