Mahaling accused Patnaik of breaching House rules, sparking a heated debate.
The opposition BJD retaliated, with leader Arun Kumar Sahoo stating that Mahaling’s remarks reveal the BJP’s inexperience in governance. Sahoo emphasized that arrests are unprecedented in the history of Vidhan Sabha proceedings.
