Noida Twin Tower: The second inning may begin soon

After keeping mum for a long time now Supertech Limited is breaking its silence in Noida. The Chairman and MD of Supertech says the land of the site is going to be utilized with the Noida Authority approval.

The company’s Managing Director AK Arora opines that they are readying the plans so that the new construction can take place in accordance with the authority rules. New residential project can be worked upon if the authority gives its approval, he added.

Five days ago the headlines of media concentrated on the Supertech’s “illegal” Twin Towers’ demolition following the Supreme Court’s order on August 28 2022. Latest statement of Supertech Limited clarifies that they intend to begin the second inning of the construction on the site. They seem to be willing to kick off another residential project with due consent from the homebuyers of Emerald Court after getting green signal from Noida Authority.

Mr Arora also made it clear that the Noida Twin Towers Ceyane and Apex were a part of the Emerald Court Project and henceforth they constructed the demolished towers on the land allotted by Noida Authority itself.
