The Industry Cum Orientation 2023 program was organized at APJ Institute of Mass Communication’s Dwarka campus in Delhi. In the program, Mr. Upendra Rai, Chairman of Bharat Express News Network, participated as the Chief Guest. Mr. Upendra Rai shared his experiences with aspiring young journalists and discussed various intricacies of journalism, the essence of news, and the world of media. The event saw the presence of numerous students and teachers.
At the auditorium of APJ Institute of Mass Communication’s Dwarka campus in Delhi, the ‘Industry Cum Orientation 2023’ program was organized. In this event, CMD and Editor-in-Chief of Bharat Express News Network, Upendra Rai, addressed the new batch of students. Upendra Rai, reminisced about his early days in journalism and shared insights about the intricacies of investigative journalism with the students.
During his speech, Upendra Rai emphasized the importance of becoming a better human being first, highlighting that there is no machine that can make someone a better person. He shared a story about a child who aspired to become a Lama. The child faced rigorous tests upon arriving at the guru’s ashram. The guru told him that the difficult test would determine his path ahead and then asked him to stand outside for eight hours. The child gladly complied, as his goal was solely to become a good human being, even if it meant facing challenges.

The news channel, Bharat Express, is dedicated to delivering news from around the world, including sports and entertainment, with the principles of truth, courage, and dedication.
