Naba Kishore Das Shot: Odisha’s Health Minister Naba Kishore Das was shot by some unknown miscreants near Brajrajnagar in Jharsuguda district, injuring him. The incident took place when Nav Das was going to attend a program at Gandhi Chowk in Brajrajnagar.

Eyewitness advocate Ram Mohan Rao told that when he came, the people went to meet him, and some security personnel was also there. At the same time, a voice came and one of the police officer ran from the crowd. He fired while running away. We thought that the person who killed him had fired for him. Health Minister Nav Das has been shot in the chest.

After this incident, there was a stir at the venue. After the incident of firing on the Health Minister, there is tension on the spot due to the sit-in of BJD workers.
